Purchases may only be made by individuals who are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indian law. We recommend purchases be made by individuals aged 18 years or above.

• As perfumes are sensory products, minor variations in perception may occur.
   
• Packaging may change without prior notice.
   
• All fragrances are skin-tested; however, individual reactions may vary.
   

Although our perfumes are skin-tested, customers are strongly advised to perform a patch test before full use.
Rhoseatte Fragrances Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or misuse of products.

We accept payments via:

Cash on Delivery (COD): Not available

Due to the nature of fragrance products:

Returns are NOT accepted once opened or used.

Returns/replacements are only allowed if:

• Product is damaged
   
• Product is leaking
   
• Wrong product delivered
   

Conditions:

• Issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
   
• Customer must provide unboxing photos/videos
   
• Decision is subject to verification
   

Approved cases will receive:

• Replacement product OR
   
• Store credit (no cash refunds)
   

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• All custom blends, personalized perfumes, and DIY kits are non-returnable and non-refundable.
   
• Once a custom formulation is approved or produced, it cannot be exchanged.
   

Corporate gifting and bulk purchase orders require prior appointment and discussion with our team.

Special pricing, timelines, and customization terms apply separately and will be agreed in writing before order confirmation.
