Returns & Refunds Policy

At Rhoseatte, every fragrance is carefully crafted and quality-checked before dispatch. Due to the personal nature of perfumes and hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged during transit, defective, leaking, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

  • A complete, unedited unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for review or compensation.

After verification of the issue, Rhoseatte may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at its sole discretion.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations cannot be accepted.

Customized Products

Customized fragrances, personalized products, corporate gifting orders, and bespoke scent creations are made specifically for individual customers and are therefore non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or handling by the customer

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards and promotional items
