Shipping Time

We aim to deliver all orders within 15 business days from the date of dispatch.

While most orders are delivered sooner, delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, courier service availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Rhoseatte shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

For customized fragrances, personalized products, and corporate gifting orders, additional processing time may be required before dispatch. Estimated timelines for such orders will be communicated separately.
